Am I reading right that if you would like to take over someone's Argus entry. You will have to fork out R275 for a substitution, this means if you bought the entry from someone @ R275 it is going to cost you R550. This sounds a bit silly to me, of course you could put your name on the waiting list for R50 and then pay R275 "IF You Get An Entry" Why the huge increase in the price for substitution entries? Also are you prepared to pay that to do the Argus?
