Thanks Brighter-Lights and stratus5 thanks for the post and link Did the dirt road between J'bay and St Francis last time I was there and although it was a nice ride the cars traveling there seemed to be WRC wannabee's... quite hectic but nice XC ride The Woodridge ride sounds great. And if I'm brave enough the Heroncliff to Groot Rivier! Can't wait! Caerus, surfing maybe someday after cycling...
Go check out some of the posts of MDW, i found it very informative! Some of his replies makes you think before just stuffing yourself with stuff like sugar that you think will be good for you but aren't, quite scientific aswell. That's my 2c
Anyone knows who took the photos? My buddy wiped out at the first mud pool with the photographer right there to take the pics... it's gonna be a real classic, I'm going to make sure he never forgets it! They said it would be posted on the Mabalingwe site but so far nothing...
