Hi. We leave the Sasol every morning at 5:00, and we manage to do about 30km. It usually took as between 1:10 and 1:20 depending on how hard the guys push, but there is various levels in the group, so there is always someone to ride with. The size of the group varies depending on the weather or work commitment etc, but there is usually someone there every morning. The safe day are however Monday - Thursday, as some guys take the Friday off. The same group also goes out on Saturday mornings, and mange to get in a 4 - 5 hour ride depending on the route.
