I've just heard about a cyclist who was possibly killed on Monday, 8 August around 7h00 near the Twelve Apostles - a car took him out from behind. Has anybody got more details about this tragic accident?

There's a product called Nam Sierra 7 bike polish, which is said to clean carbon frames - I just want to know which is the best product to make it looking like new...

With all the attacks and attempted bikejackings along the cycle lane in Cape Town, predominantly by the Woodstock area, I'm rather not willing to risk it - are cycles allowed through the harbour area? I've heard from some that they don't allow it? Otherwise what are the other options of cycling out of town - the highway??

With the amount of bike theft happening around the country, would you bother with a tracking device?

With so many bikes being stolen, and if you were a victim, would you have a tracker on your bike in order to track it and get it back - or are you not bothered and just going to claim for a new one from insurance?
