  14. The Purple Extreme and Golden Degreaser are awesome, i would say so cause we distribute the product. Have a look at this thread on the Purple Extreme and other hubbers comments, the Lube last for a 450 km on a road ride when applied on a clean chain, the Golden Degreaser cleans any drive train under 60 seconds cleaner than anything else on the market....https://www.bikehub.co.za/forum_posts.asp?TID=54762&KW=bike+medicine&PD=1 As for Mobi Washer, spares are available, however with less than 1% failure rate we are confidant with the product, check out these videos for info and how the Mobi Works.
  15. Not only is the Halo designed to keep the product of your toil from running into your eyes, it also a great replacement for those worn and smelly helmet pads that you have been wanting to replace. The Halo II acts as a filling pad, it is simple, take the old stock fit pads out of your helmet and adjust the helmet on your head as normal so that is comfortable whilst wearing the Halo, Notice something? A more secure fit than you have ever felt with the helmets stock size pads. (Halo can also be worn with stock pads in place) Now go out for a ride, preferably on a hot day when you can really work up a good sweat. You will immediately notice that the thin Halo soaks it all up. No more showers of perspiration over your glasses! When you?re racing downhill the Halo keeps the helmet from rocking around on your head. Unlike the helmet pads, the halo never becomes smelly and is easier to wash; you just toss it in the washing machine with your bib shorts and jerseys. The Halo is available from www.haloheadband.co.za and cycle stores nationwide. Price Range from R150 to R250 each. "Don't Sweat without it" Worn and Smelly Helmet Pads, Halo has a solution??
  16. With some help from the steady Rand, ESI grips are now more affordable than ever and are available in most local bike shops countrywide. The Racers Edge now retails for approx R179 per pair and the Chunky versions @ R 199. ESI offers the widest range of colors and sizing to excite anybody that is looking to differentiate and make a statement. "ESI, get a grip on things"
  17. Well, I would hate to say I told you so, but I wont. Glad to see the drive train looks brand new!! May I ask, did you use the recommended amount of approx 8ml of Golden degreaser, also let us know how the Purple Extreme lube feels under cleat? Bike Medicine2009-07-09 08:22:26
  18. Prepsol is good stuff, just a bit thick and does not penetrate the chain links all that well. When diluted it penetrates the links but then does not work as well, you need to use more Prepsol for a inferior result and with more time spent cleaning than necessary, this is maybe why we need 25 lt? 8ml of Degreaser cleans in about 60 seconds better than enything else on the market. 19. We are more than happy to provide you with any info you want, not really sure what you mean with ambush marketing, more of Gorilla myself, a lady Gorilla so i might just see you at the mall this weekend, thanks for the tip on how to market the product. Naa, been there done that.! The Degreaser is Non-poisonous and biodegradable, with secret stuff inside. Golden Degreaser is formulated to instantly combine with water for a rapid wash off with no residue. Purple Extreme biodegrades to leave only small quantities of Calcium Carbonate and Calcium Sulfate, both of which are naturally occurring, pure minerals. Purple Extreme is a unique, thixotrophic lubricant blended with a solvent carrier. The solvent in Purple Extreme will dissolve other lubricants and cause them to move to the surface of your chain and cogs. The dare-to-compare live demonstrations using a Timken machine have consistently and conclusively proven Purple Extreme's ability to keep metal surfaces separated. Purple Extreme has a Timken OK load in excess of 90. No other bicycle chain lubricant has ever exhibited film strength even remotely close to Purple Extreme. visit http://www.purpleextreme.com/rave.html for more reviews and testimonials..... 20. This is a picture of the lube in action in Scotland.
  21. Pictures as requested.....
  22. The Degreaser Retails for R79.00 each, 240ml (You should be able to wash the drive train about 16 times with one bottle) each clean uses about 14ml. The Purple Extreme Lube retails for R114.00 each, 120ml (You should get about 16 lubes from a sinlgle bottle) Each lube uses about 7ml at a time. Compared to having to get 1 x wet lube and 1 x dry lube at approx R90 a pop, good value for money and you will never get caught out on the trails or road with the wrong lube.....Bike Medicine2009-08-20 04:38:07
  23. <?: prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> Golden Degreaser and Purple Extreme now available in <?: prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />South Africaon>. Have a look at the picture below of a cluster that was cleaned with Bike Medicine's Golden Degreaser and then lubed up with Purple Extreme Lubrication, we spent about 60 seconds cleaning it with the Golden Degreaser and a soft paint brush, then rinsed it off with water in a water bottle, no hose was used. We also then applied the Purple Extreme's lube that works in all conditions and last up to three times longer than any other lubrication on the market. It is the Lubrication that does it all, no need to have a wet, dry and road bike lube anymore. Available at all good Bike shops Country wide.
