I would like to make use of the forum to thank the cyclists who immediately came to my assistance and summonsed a paramedic when I hit a pothole between Rhino and Lion Park and Nedbank conference centre this morning , resulting in a hard and disabling fall . Particularly to whomever rode to the Lion Park circle to summons the paramedic . Big thanks to him too ( Frik ) for his thorough attention and incredibly supportive nature . Dislocated shoulder and hectic muscle spasm but luckily no broken bones . I concede that the accident was my fault but i do wish someone would fill in that pothole , it is full of loose gravel and really dangerous .
