I drove over Woodstock bridge at 11.35 am today and passed a middle aged lady on a mountain bike, followed closely by a man sprinting after her, but who luckily luckily luckily did not manage to catch up. Absolutely frightening, and she was completely oblivious.
It’s not possible to simply stop without causing an accident, and I was well past them when I noticed.
There are people working with various safety forums/services to address this, but until you’re absolutely sure that effective measures have been instituted I really suggest you fully consider what you’re risking if you ride over the bridge.
