I have just asked Garmin for a replacement battery for a edge 20 unit only to be told they cannot supply. Basically they want me to send the unit to them to see if they can replace it from a service unit. When I ask why they cannot supply a battery they give me the 1 year warranty nonsense. Basically I think they sold me a product which they decided not to support and even bring in batteries. The producer spec even says it has a user replaceable battery. Does anyone have any ideas for a battery for these units - other than a import myself.
