i'm just not certain as to what all you need to be able to upgrade from a 9 speed to 10 speed. at the moment i've got 105 9speed so what is the minimum that i'd have to purchase to move up to 10 speed? i'm guessing that i'd obviously need a new cluster, and what else? RD? shifters? or can 9 speed shifters work for 10 speed? can any bike be upgraded to 10 speed? can any wheel be used for 10 speed if it's currently being used for 9speed? please shed some light on my questions guys.

i am 181cm tall and am looking at getting a raleigh bike. but i know the sizes are slightly different to normal, so what size raleigh should i get?? bearing in mind that i may want to use it for triathlon so slightly small rather than slightly big is good i think...or not??? please help me. my inseam is 84cm if that helps....
