Event Name: Walkerbay Xtreme When: 30 April 2016 - 2 May 2016 Where: Hermanus Square, Hermanus, Western Cape Category: Multisport The Walkerbay Xtreme is a multi discipline adventure sport challenge, which made its debut in 2015. The Walkerbay Xtreme will challenge the speed, strength, stamina and skill of its participants in a variety of disciplines. Held over a period of 3 days, all events, entertainment and stalls will be situated in the heart of the beautiful fishing village of Hermanus. Events include the Urban Xtreme Cycling event as well as the Walkerbay Xtreme Triatholon. The Urban circuit race has multiple laps and elimination races to determine the riders who will go through to the final. The Walkerbay Xtreme Triathlon includes a swim to the old harbour of 600m, a cycle from the Old Harbour to Grotto Beach and back 19.8km and a run from the Old Harbour to new Harbour and back along the cliff path of 5.1km.
