  1. Great, I see I can buy the pics from your site. I'll do it in the morning.
  2. Cool, thanks a mill for the great pic!
  3. Hi We came from Cape Town for the week end to swim the Midmar mile and my son Matthew used the opportunity to ride in his second enduro ever. We just dropped hm off for registration on Saturday and had to make our way back to Howick for the swim. We left him a "bit"/hugely under stocked, and the oke ran our of water while on the practice run. He was having a bit of a hard time, but thanks to some riders who looked after him and gave him something to eat and drink. A specific thanks to the rider who gave him a chocolate milk and a Bar One, you saved his day. I went looking for you at the prize giving to thank you personally and buy you a few beers, but you must have left already. Thanks a mill. Matt couldn't stop talking about how friendly all the riders were and how much he enjoyed the race. Well done and thanks all. KZN enduro rocks!
  4. Thanks for all the insight and advice. I will not buy clothes online again. Over and out.
  5. Read the post pnoes - I didn't order the wrong size.
  6. Sure boet, the postal system is all yours - enjoy.
  7. Easier said than done at 1.94 and 80kg's :-)
  8. What has your experience been like when dealing with CRC? Mine has been so "wonderful" that I'll never buy from them again. From now on I'll stick with my LBS. I ordered a Campy rain jacket (Red, XL) from CRC. They shipped it on 15 May, nearly a month later I excitedly went to the post office yesterday to collect. When I opened the parcel they sent me a Grey, Large jacket - at least it was the same make. Needless to say, it doesn't fit, and not what I ordered, so now I have to waste a whole lot of time (more than typing this rant), to get the parcel back to them before they'll give me a refund. By the time I have a rain jacket it will be full blown summer in the Durbanville Hills :-) CRC - never again!
  9. Aah, thanks very much for the info. Here it is then.
  10. Sorry, I'm not sure how to get the pics attached to the post.
  11. Here's my completed 1st build attempt. Best commute ever.
  12. Thanks for the suggestion Teddibear I've looked at the link you posted and it actually works out to be about GBP 20 more, because I need the set and not just the back wheel. They do have a lot of options, but nothing that looks quite like what I had in mind. I'll give it another day or two and if there's no one else, I'll just cough up for delivery.
  13. Hi All, I'm busy with my first project of converting an 80s Gotty Hansen to a SS and I want to order wheels from Espresso Wheels in the UK - see http://espressowheels.com and pics below. The cost is GBP 129 per set of flip/flop wheels and the delivery is GBP 70 to SA. I was wondering if there is anyone on this forum that might be interested in a wheelset from them as well, and to split the delivery cost with me? Please let me know. Regards Pieter
  14. Hi Craig, What was your experience with Time Freight and what was the cost? Pieter
  15. There are other sites to advertise puppies, garden equipment, paintball markers, kitchen utensils and all the other stuff that is now making it onto thehub. When I log on I want to see cycling related items not all the gumtree stuff.
