Hi All. I'm wondering if there is any girls interested in starting a girls group in the Cradle? I usually start from Valverde at 6:00 on Saturday's. Usually I cycle with a group of guys but they loose me very quickly. I average about 21-23 km/h, but my goal with the group would be to become a stronger rider, so I wish to better this by a lot
