  4. Hi, I've participated in a couple of The Hub online races and enjoyed it. I've put on some online races from tomorrow 7pm to simulate a track type format. It consists out of 2 x 5km races and a 15km race with about 10-15 minutes recovery between each. You need an indoor Watt trainer and this Virtual training app to compete.
