Thanks guys appreciate the feedback, I will look into all the suggestions, The main reason I want to supplement with electrolytes is that I cramp quite badly and want to try avoid it as much as possible, I think that my energy will come from my food and supplements will just assist in stopping the cramps

Hi all, I am doing a 3 day endurance event in December and I am on the low carb high fat diet, I have searched but could not find the answer, I train on water only in my back pack, but I would like to add an additional 1l bladder with electrolyte replacement, I had a look at rehydrate but its full of sugar, 12 out of the 14 gram sachet is glucose and sucrose, Does anyone have a brand they can recommend ? I could just add 3 teaspoons of salt into my 3l bladder but there may be something that's available ? Cheers
  3. Hi everyone, my bike was donated to the RDP a while back and I am looking to get another. I just need to know how to size it correctly, my last one was an XL (giant alias) but I was never sure if it was the correct size for me, I am 6'2 and weigh 100kg's, how do I size one correctly? Thanks
