New to MTB and want to get clipless pedals... have used ages ago on my road bike so not totally new to the concept and budget around R900... Any view on the Shimano PDM 530 Pedals or what other recommendations out there - I do not like eggbeaters as prefer larger "base" Thanks

Greetings, Searched for the other 2 threads on this topic, dating back some years... just bought myself a Spez Carbon MTB and now want to protect a few tubes/stays that might be exposed to stones etc I am in Cape Town and see CWC sells a product - this the one to get or are there other options (heard of motorcycle shops or something) ? Hi, I checked my spare MTB out this morning as I have been indoors out of sun for 3 weeks due to medical procedure. To my surprise, both front and rear tubeless tyres were totally flat with a little sealant that has leaked... These are 2 basically new tyres as I have only done approx 20km with them... What can I do to prevent this going forward, Or do I continue checking every 2weeks or so (spare bike not stored at current premises, but in storage) Thanks

Hi, I am not blessed in the hair department and hence would like to know what my fellow bald riders out there wear under their helmets to prevent sunburn as well as sweat pouring into eyes/glasses etc. I read that Haloheadbands are popular choices but at R548 think I could spend that money more wisely. Assume I could use a simple bandana, does this work ? Would appreciate if you could provide online/shops where to buy the various options. Thanks

How good was Greg Minnaar at the UCI Mountain bike World Cup today!!!! He handled the tricky forest section by far the best and his pedal power at the bottom section of the course sealed the victory ... Go SA! There were a few epic crashes but thankfully all walked away from them.
