Went to a bike shop in the south to sort out gear changing problems on my road bike and was told to buy a new derailer - didn't even have a good look at the bike..
Went to Linden on the same day for a second opinion on one of their busiest days. They literally dropped everything, put the bike on the stand, straightened the bent hangar and sent me on my way - no charge.
NOW THAT IS SERVICE.
