    Hey there, I'm thinking of cycling along the garden route next week, starting from Knysna to Port elizabeth. With the recent lockdown measures there has been much less traffic in cape town. Any knows if it's the same around those places? Thanks in advance !

    The location of the 1st round of the XCO Cup Series 2015 on 28 February is slam-bam in the middle of Port Elizabeth in the Eastern Cape. You’d be forgiven to think serious compromises were made to have this UCI Category 1 course in such a prime location, however at 4.7km and 170m total ascent and with some gnarly natural obstacles in place, the course is capable of delivering some big blows come race day.
