  1. Event Name: Devil's Peak Blockhouse Beer Ride When: 29 March 2018 Where: The Gear Change, Western Cape Category: MTB The Devil’s Peak Blockhouse Beer Ride is a social ride that takes place the last Thursday of each month at The Gear Change in Mowbray. Your ticket covers your beers and burritos. Only 35 spaces available so please purchase early as we cannot guarantee a space on the evening. Next Event: 29th March 2018 Schedule: 17h30 Registration at The Gear Change in Mowbray18h00 Welcome and briefing18h05 Get on bikes and head for the Blockhouse20h00 Burritos and Devil’s Peak Beers at The Gear Change20h30 Prizes and GiveawayRoute: The route is somewhat up to you, your fitness and your experience level. We will be starting the ride by climbing up through Mowbray and into the University – from here, the route you take up, and down, is entirely up to you. Our recommendation, find the riders you’re on par with and stick with them. Pace: The Devil’s Peak Blockhouse Beer Ride is exactly that, a Beer Ride. We’re not looking to break Strava records but do understand that everyone has their own comfortable pace of riding. So, make sure you’ve got a mate and do it at your own pace – all the fun stuff happens back at The Gear Change at 20h00 which should give you more than enough time to get to the Blockhouse and back again.
