  1. I have a pair of Lake MX170 MTB shoes with the Boa cable lacing system & the dial on the one shoe has got stuck & won't tighten the cables. Does anyone know where I can get the special Boa tool to open the dial to investigate what the problem is? I watched a Youtube video & it seems that there's a small tool with a yellow handle that is needed to loosen the dial to open it up. The tool fits into the centre of the dial & is loosened by turning anti clockwise.I think some Specialized shoe models also use the same cabled lacing system. Can anyone tell me where I can get hold of the Boa tool here in Cape Town?
