  1. Thought I'd share a positive experience whilst out riding today... I was on side of the road about to fix a puncture when a fellow cyclist (gentleman by the name of Mario)stopped to enquire if all was good. I assured him that it was and explained that I had a puncture (my second for the morning!) He then insisted that he assist in changing the tube explaining that he works at Complete Cyclist in Hout Bay so it was no bother. A really great guy, he must be a real asset at the bike shop as well. My faith in reality restored!
  2. Hi guys, So my command post (dropper) stopped working completely. Took it to Complete Cyclist in Bedfordview where I purchased my previous bike from and where my current bike was purchased, to have the dropper post checked out. Walter from the service dept called me earlier to tell me that the dropper needs to go to CT for a service but that they were gonna fit a dropper post from one of their demo bikes so that I can ride this weekend! I've always had great service from this store and can't rave about their customer service enough!
