  1. Credit where it's due. Evo bikes has some top notch service. Its easy to complain, but we normally just let good service be, so with that in mind I think I'll drop a quick review on here. I had a question re shipping prices before ordering that was promptly responded to, and the items I ordered on Tuesday evening was dropped at my office first thing this morning. That's fast by any standard, and the prices on my items (brake pads, sealant and chain lube) were the best from any online store in SA. Well done Evo, pleasant experience indeed.
  2. Some services feedback... buying a bike on The Hub, a buyers experience... I would like to mention some outstanding service I recently experienced. Everyone involved went beyond expectations to deliver my new, second-hand bike from Springbok!! to Gauteng, via Somerset West!! Dr Gawie, a member of this site sold me a really great deal on a 1 year old Specialized Epic. It was in great condition on delivery and he travel from Springbok to CTN to get the bike checked and serviced before shipping. Thank you Gawie for your great efforts and follow up to ensure I was happy. Helderberg Cycle world and Specialized concept store were amazing with the lengths that they were willing to go to. They acted as a middleman, checking the bike, and then boxing and shipping the bike. When the bike arrived, it was like unpacking the brand new article! Fastway couriers... after a muddle up with deliveries arriving late, out of their control, the franchise owner left his private car at work to drive a van with the bike box, to delivery the bike to me at 9pm while out to dinner with my family! All to ensure that the delivery could be made around some difficult constraints and so that I had a bike to fit in an extra EPIC training ride! You guys were all superstars and I thank you for your efforts!! Kevin
  3. I got truly remarkable service at - Design in motion cycles. Morningside. My bike came back services better than I can even describe. They were gentleman and did a proper pro job. Well done to Chris - Salute'

I just want to thank Eagle Canyon for doing an awesome job in servicing my bike I took my bike in after the 947 Challenge for Basic servicing R200 and collected it on the day before the Road 947 they told me that my chain needed replacing and i agrred as i hand not changed the chain in a year.. I picked up the bike on Saturday and the chain kept slipping off the back sprokets due to chain suck because if the new chain Eagle Mechanics spent an hour making my bike good for the 947 which i did without a single problem So thank you Shelby and Solly They are also open on Sunday from 8 -2 I do not have any link to Eagle Canyon i am just a hubber that was very happy at their service.

  6. Hi Hubbers It is seldom that one comes across an on line dealer which not only backs the prodcucts it sell, but also goes the extra mile when it comes to delivering on promises. Andre from K.Man is just such a dealer. I had a problem with a T- 04 light supplied by K.Man. I emailed Andre , who immediately responded to my query. I got no excuses , if buts or maybes. Andre made an arrangement to deliver a replacement battery to my home at an agreed time ON A PUBLIC HOLIDAY. I receievd my battery on time and as promised. If anyone is considering purchasing a bike light , I have no hesitation in recomending Andre and K.Man lights. Regards Gavin Smith
