  2. Dylan Rebello and Yolande de Villiers raced to victories in the men’s and women’s categories in the Ladismith Cheese 7Weekspoort mountain bike challenge on Saturday the 1st of October. The single day marathon, through the magnificent Seweweekspoort and the scenic Hoeko Valley, doubled as the Western Province Marathon Championships. Each year the event grows from strength to strength from since its inception in 2004 and the 2017 edition, which takes place on the 30th of September, promises to be the best yet as Dryland Event Management and the Ladismith community show off the hospitality of the Karoo.
