  1. Hi guys I need some help. Iv got a second hand Giant Cyclotron Mag Trainer. Problem is I cant seem to get it setup with my bike. My bike is a large frame 29" Silverback hardtail mountain bike. I have set the mag roller to its lowest point however the quick release of the trainer and the skewer of my bike dont line up. My bike is about 20mm too high. My I convert to a smaller tyre? Can I put my wifes 26" tyre on my bike for use on the trainer? Should I rather buy a cheap roadbike and keep in on the trainer? Or am I doing something stupid?
  2. I had a setup done on my Road Bike @ Cyclefit around 6 weeks ago. It was brilliant and I am ecstatic with the results. I took the measurements and copied them onto my spinning bike and all feels good. Do I take the same measurements and copy them onto my 29'er MTB? Or are they completely different? Is there a ratio used to translate them? Or do I just stop being cheap and get Cyclefit to do the job?
  3. Hi Guys, I'm having issues trying to find the right cockpit setup. I used to ride with riser bars and my stem was the "right way" up but i often used to wash out on high speed corners or struggeled to keep the front wheel down on steep climbs. So i flipped my stem over and switched to flat bars. This has remedied my previous problems, but now, after around 25km of riding, I am experiencing serious neck and shoulder pain. What can i do to help with the pain? Are there exercises that could help with the pain? Alternatively, what can i could i change in the setup to help the pain subside, yet still allow for better traction on the front wheel? Thanks a mill in advance for your input.
