I'm Judy, pleased to "e-meet you". I'm the Events Coordinator for our awesome charity, Rare Diseases SA.

Rare Diseases South Africa, a registered NPO, is a voice for vulnerable communities – one that not only provides support for those impacted by rare diseases, but also, advocates for universal healthcare and local medical innovation to ensure access for all Rare Disease patients. Cool hey?!
Along with a kick-ass team, we put together a bunch of really amazing charity events thru'out the year, and the 94.7 Rode Joburg is one of them.
As a non-profit, we really do rely on sponsors, donors & activists to help us raise bucks so we can expand our efforts.
In saying that, here's where I need your help...
We're looking for activists; willing riders who want to ride for a good cause ~ #ride4rare
This is such a cool thing to do, you get lots of cool things and you get to hang out with us for the day, which is just about the coolest thing you'll ever do...

I'm sure you all know a lot of road bike clubs in Joburg, right? Or a group of riders who, you think, would dig this cause? And there are definitely some mountain bike riders that have road bikes too… They exist! I’m telling you!
