LED rear Light Cluster (for Thule)

My Thule rack has taken much abuse over many years. I am busy rebuilding it (replacing nuts/bolts, etc.) and need to replace the rear light cluster.

 

Rather than fitting those flymsy standard things again I have seen some new trailers equipped with square LED brake/indicator/light combo. (Can't recall the make of the trailer though)

 

I have tried the main outlets, but can't find anybody who stocks the sqaure units. (4x4 shops, Venter trailers, Midas, etc.)

 

Anybody seen these available commercially or give some hints?
