Internal cable rattle

I have had a Merida Ride Lite 94.com for a week.

When getting up some speed there is an annoying rattle which I can only attribute to the back brake cable which is internally routed through the top tube.

It seems that it is the cable in the top tube that is rattling

Is there anything I can do to stop that noise?
