You will need the following:

  • Small paint brush .
  • Container with paraffin in it.
  • Bicycle or motorcycle degreaser(T4)
  • Chain lube
  • Multipurpose spray lubricant
  • Can of Mr Min
  1. Using a small paint brush and some paraffin is the best way to clean your chain, cassette, chainrings and front and rear derailuers.
  2. Make sure you don’t get any paraffin on your rear disc brake rotor!
  3. Once you have scrubbed the grime off all the drivetrain parts spray the whole bike with your degreaser and let it sit for a few minutes.
  4. Then using a low pressure hose pipe spray the bike until its clean.
  5. Once the bike is dry, apply the chain lube of your choice and spray the front and rear derailuers with a multipurpose lubricant.
  6. Then polish your bike and tyres with Mr min to make it smell nice and shine!
