Midmar is ok in March

 

Prestige Ultra is also nice

 

All these races are very affordable.

 

I am however doing the Capetown Challenge in November as well.

 

IM East Londen was *** cold water and bad weather but its a good race.

 

BSG is a bit short but great fun and good practise for transition
