I know various threads have got info on this, and if often comes to saddle position etc, but I'd really like some help here.

 

During the Burger yesterday I started getting a lot of pain running from my right calf musle to the back of knee.  It was only really sore when I tried to push the higher gears.  After the race however I also had pain in my left knee but at the top, inside. 

 

If my setup is wrong (I'm pretty sure it is), why would I get pain at the back of the one knee, but the top of the other?

 

I'm going to get my bike setup professionally because this is now the 2nd race I've had this problem but if anyone has any suggestions / ideas on how to fix the problem, please let me know.
