Ignore list & E-mail notifications

Please do not send notifications for posts made by people on a user's ignore list. If I do not want to read a post, I sure do not want to receive a mail with everything in it!

Unfortunately it's a limitation of the forum package we use. Ignored users are only hidden in the topic.

 

We'll be doing some upgrades later this month and will push to include a modification to ignore in emails as well. I agree - the way it currently works doesn't make sense.
