I am looking at getting a series of IDT training DVD's for someone as a Christmas gift. Anyone have any comments or any suggestions on which are suitable for seriouse IDT training. Person is avg cyclist and wants to improve and do specific training ie intervals etc on IDT.

I have seen a variety on Amazon.com and one box set but am unsure which to get.
