AWESOME service BMC

Recently I changed from shimano to Sram red. Having bought the bike second hand a few minor tweaks needed to be done.

 

I had the bike at 2 previous mechanics, one private and the other one a shop in CT, I did the WC express but my gears were never 100%.

I was seriously thinking of going back to shimano

 

Took the bike to BMC, 2 hrs later they emailed me a quote.

 

Next day I collected the bike and Jared who worked on my bike was not there. Kevin took half an hr to explain in detail what he did, also chatted a bit about about shimano vs Sram.

 

Guys you really blew me away with your attitude and treatment towards customers and the high standard of workmanship

 

Will definitely be back
