Looking to buy a bike carrier - towbar mounted where the bike stand on the carrier (not hang).

 

I'm looking at the Buzzrack Quattro (4-bike carrier). Does anyone have any reviews of this?

 

Seems like pretty good value for money and from what I can see, well made.
