So, for the first time in 6 months, I get a puncture on the top of Atlas Road, after using 3 bombs (removable valve for some or other reason came loose...), we start walking to the BP to get air... About 200m from the BP a White Toyota Fortuner pulls up next to us and the driver asks us what spares we need, I reply "Just air". He stops, gets out a tubby bag and gives me 2 bombs! I get the tyre pumped and off we go again.

Ettiene, if you are on this forum, or if someone knows you on this forum, I'd like to say thanks again for helping me out, if our paths cross again, I owe you a beer or two! It's great to know there are still people like you out there that are willing to help fellow cyclists out!
