Tygerberg Trails-Best Place to Start and Route suggestions

Anybody out there who can advise me on the best place to start riding so I can get a 2-3 hour ride in? I have not ridden these trails before and would appreciate some pointers. Fitness is probably above average, so I am open to any route suggestions. I would like to go out and ride tomorrow or Thursday.

Maybe, we could like get together and do a descent ride. I have not been out on the "new" trails yet either. Let me know!
