*gasp* you get off weekends...

 

Don't worry.  Just park your bike infront of your bed and keep a scale near by to step on every morning.  Trust me when you see your weight going south you will want to start riding....

 

dude... i'm 1.86 and i weigh 66... i actually lost weight from being off the bike....

I'm also suffering with the motivation at the mo. Gone off the bike altogether and struggling to get my ass out of bed in the morning. I think my body is trying to tell me to take a break. I'm even struggling on the bike now, feels like I peaked for the Burger and now I'm on a slide Cry... BUT I'll ride the feeling away !!!!! No time to rest with the Epic 3 months away.

 

Colonel, how's the epic training going? What sort of milage you guys doing per week?

i can vouch for that. when i lent him a t-shirt he looked like the female version of karen carpenter!
