We now have the most awesome physio/sports massage therapist in our shop operating from our BG Fitment Studio on a Wed and Fri 3pm onwards. Amazing feedback from those who have used her so far. Here is a message from Julia:

 

I am a physiotherapist, with a special interest in sports performance and biomechanics.

I will be working at TRAIL AND TAR on Wednesday and Friday afternoons from 3pm. Please see details below:

 

Sports massage is R150 a session - this is brilliant for when you are training hard and need assistance in recovery and for race preparation.

 

Physiotherapy treatment is R270 a session - this includes a complete assessment of injury and biomechanical analysis, injury treatment and personalised rehabilitation program.

 

Biomechanical screening is R300 - this involves an in depth analysis of sport specific movement patterns and includes a personalised conditioning program to prevent injury and improve your performance.
