Experienced some great service today at Cycle Lab Cape Town.

 

Got hold of Cycle Lab this morning to explain my disappointment over my 3 week old top of the range Craft bibs. I emailed my story, then spoke to the store manager on the phone. Went into the store with the bibs, he called the guy from Craft and with no questions asked offered me a replacement.
