Live tracking on CP

Getting a new 'smarter' CP shortly and want to get some info upfront.

 

What I want to know is what is the best app to use for when I want the mrs to be able to be follow me on the interweb/her phone? And which is best on batteries/data usage? (Maybe can be set to only transmit every x minutes.)

 

Three options I can think of is Endo, Mapmyride and I think Strava also has a CP app.

 

I obviously also don't want something where the world can see where I'm at... I know e.g. Endo you can set to show map only to your friends - the others?

 

And I do ride with a Garmin, so this won't be for training as such, just the ability for my wife to know more or less where I am.
