I want to put a remote lock out onto my fork... Got told at Leigh's Cycle Center that it would cost more than a new fork to add lockout... Is this true?

True- conversion is not possible, sold mine as I needed the remote lockout option.

Mine was new from a merida 3000, never ridder for R 3500. You can swop the teralogic between the manual lockout but the remote lock is unique. I currently ride 2 forks the reba with remote lock on my hardtail and a teralogic on my d/s. Could not picture myself taking my hand off the bar to lock the fork!
