Tektro Draco Brakes

My daughter bike have these brakes on her Merida. This morning she was complaining that she could hear it rub against the disk. So, me knowing it all decided to loosen the caliper, press the brake and tighten the nuts again......exacly what I did with my Shimano brakes.

Now it seems there is a lot of "play " and by pulling the brake lever it goes all the way to the handle before it grip and brake. Is there a way to adjust these brakes?
