Hey, does anyone know why this place is out of bounds for MTB? There's jeep tracks all the way up to the reservoirs which are perfect for riding - and there's hardly ever people there walking, so it doesn't seem like potential conflict is the problem.

 

Is it just part of the general anti-cycling thing that's going on?
