Has anybody here done TdT? I have the opportunity to do it and I am interested to hear from anybody that has done this before.

Yes indeed. One of the best MTB experiences you'll ever have. The riding isn't very tough, but the scenery, wildlife (leopard, PLENTY of elephant, crocodile just to list the bigger ones), sleeping right on the Limpop...

 

Absolutely unbelievable experience, go for it!

 

And don't forget to take at least 2 derailleur hangers for your frame.

Great ride, great food. Have to do it at least once. Practice riding in sand though.

Done quite a few. Fantastic ride, great getaway. Be prepared to put on 3kg, incredible food, and red wine with hyena's cackling too good.

I'm the route designer,going on thursday till 2nd june to finalize route,it is the most unbelivable ride you will ever have,5 star in the bush.
