Where can i get an inexpensive 29er hardtail with rigid fork, maybe 1x10 gearing? I would also be happy to build it up.

I live in a seriously hilly area and spend alot of time training the tar hills on my MTB, but am tired of wearing down my tires and race bike in general. would love a simple 29er with an oily chain for this training??
