Setting is on the looser setting. There is a little cam type barrel with two tensions on it. The other tip with Time RXS is position the cleats right. Make sure when your foot is in its most comfortable position there is no spring tension trying to centre your cleat in the pedal. This way you get the right angle of release when unclipping. If the cleat is positioned in too much you unclip with too little angle and can be a danger in a sprint.
