damm, my typing is bad

at the moment i do:

 

10min warm up (zone 2)

8min (zone 3)

5min (zone 4)

3min (zone 5)

2min (zone 4)

2min (zone 3)

5min (zone 2)

 

i've just recovered from accident and 4 weeks in bed and can only manage the 35min bike time on trainer. i do it tuesdays and thursdays for the past 2 weeks. i hope to do a road ride this weekend
