The seat drops 4mm from set position under body weight.Looks like there is air in the hydraulic oil.Cannot see how to bleed this unit any idears on this?Also should the seatpost move from its lowest position when lifting the bike with the saddle?There seems to be different views on this.

The whole seat post if it's the same as the i900 can be rebuilt. You issue could just be a drop in pressure in the air chamber. If you remove the blue nut & slide the post out of the housing there is a very small hole in the silver nut which is used to add pressure. Apparently it can be done with a shock-pump & a modified soccerball inflation needle.

Looks like seal dimension problem from manufacturer.Bad batch.Have returned to supplier.
