Any suggestions on new mountain bikes?

Howzit,

 

I have around R30,000 to spend on a bike, I would prefer it was not second hand.

 

I used to have a Merida Matts HFS XC Pro 3500-D until I got bike jacked on Table Mountain last year August.

 

Would like to get at least an XT groupset on the new bike, any suggestions okes.

If going for a hardtail on decided between 26 and 29'r seriously look at the Silverback Storm1. then you will have loads of tom to splash out on other stuff.

 

I went for a Merida but that was before the Silverbacks landed. Still ended up paying more and having to downgrade some components.
