swiss Posted July 16, 2012 Posted July 16, 2012 Bought an Edge 800, purchased the maps online from Garmaps, how do I get it now on my Edge? They mailed me a unlock key for the maps (Southern Streetmaps TOPO & REC) but how do I get the maps on my Edge??
grumpy Posted July 17, 2012 Posted July 17, 2012 You must have an internet connection and a PC, install Mapsource first and then the maps. The program will ask you to connect your GPS from which it will obtain the unit serial number before synch. The send the maps to the GPS, there will be an icon at the top of the program
