Dropped my bike off last Thursday with a few issues before a training session the following day in the afternoon as well as a race on Saturday... Given everyone else probably did the same thing, I spoke with the guys and asked them if they could assist with my bike urgently... They got it back to me in the specified time and bike worked great.
